Case 1 – Breast Augmentation with Lift
This 32 year old was 5’7″, weighed 130 pounds, but had previously weighed 170 pounds. Her breasts had become ptotic or “droopy” due to weight loss. She underwent an augmentation with a 304cc silicone on her larger right breast and a 339cc silicone on the smaller left breast. She underwent a full mastopexy at the same time.
Case 2 – Breast Augmentation with Lift
This 38 year old mother of two was 5’1″ and weighed 135 pounds. She was very disappointed by the shape of her breasts after pregnancy and wanted them to look “perky.” She underwent a breast lift and an augmentation at the same time. Her breasts were different sizes, so had a 213 cc silicone implant on the right and a 234 cc silicone implant on the left. She is now a full C cup.
Case 3 – Breast Augmentation with Lift
This 34 year old mother of two wanted to improve the size and shape of her breasts. She underwent a single-stage augmentation mastopexy with 339 cc, moderate profile silicone implants and is now a small C cup.
Case 4 – Breast Augmentation with Lift
This patient was a 36-year-old woman who was 5’6″, 122 pounds and wore a 34B bra. She had had 3 children, including twins and was interested in improving her breasts. She underwent an augmentation and a left peri-areolar mastopexy in one operation and following placement of 265cc silicone implants in a sub-pectoral position, her cup size increased to a large B.
Case 5 – Breast Augmentation with Lift
This patient was a 28-year-old female who was 5’8″ and weighed 124 pounds. She received 304cc
smooth silicone implants and a full mastopexy. Her bra size wen from a B to a C cup.
Case 6 – Breast Augmentation with Lift

round smooth saline implants and a periareolar mastopexy. Her bra size went from a B to a C cup.

This 29-year-old mother felt like her breasts were too small and “droopy” following the birth of her children. She was 5’2″ , weighed 107 pounds, and wore a 34B bra. She underwent a breast augmentation with 304cc silicone implants with a simultaneous mastopexy so as to improve her size and shape in one operation.
Case 9 – Breast Augmentation with Lift
As a mother of two, this 32 year old wanted better shape without a lot of scarring. She was 5’2″, 140 pounds and wore a 32C bra. She therefore had an augmentation with 286cc silicone implants and a simultaneous periareolar mastopexy.
Case 10 – Breast Augmentation with Lift
This 34 year old was 5’6″, weighed 138 pounds and no longer filled a C cup bra. She also had breast ptosis (droopy) and her left breast was slightly larger than her right. She underwent an augmentation mastopexy with a 304cc silicone implant on the right and a 286cc implant on the left, resulting in a large C or small D bra size.
Case 11 – Breast Augmentation with Lift
This 42 year old was 5’2″, weighed 102 pounds and wore a 30E bra. She wanted to be smaller and less droopy. She underwent a mastopexy with reduction and is now a 30C.
Case 12 – Breast Augmentation with Lift
This 35 year old had breast hypoplasia and ptosis or droopiness and desired an augmentation and a lift. She was 5’10” and weighed 145 pounds. She therefore underwent an augmentation lift with 304cc implants.
Case 13 – Breast Augmentation with Lift
This 37 year old mom was interested in improving her size and shape after having four children. She was 5’7″, weighed 155 pounds and wore a 34D. She underwent an augmentation mastopexy with 265cc silicone implants.
Case 14 – Breast Augmentation with Lift
This 22 year old desired to have a breast augmentation for breast asymmetry and droopiness. She was 5’3″, weighed 150 pounds and had a “consricted” breast on the right. She underwent a single-stage augmentation mastopexy with sub-pectoral silicone implants, 213cc on the left and 234 on the right.
Case 15 – Breast Augmentation with Lift
This 42 year old was 5’2″ and weighed 155 pounds. She had had one child and had previously weighed 238 pounds. She was interested in improving her breast size and shape. Due to the large size of her breasts, it was decided to do a “two-stage” augmentation mastopexy. She underwent a mastopexy first, then an augmentation three months later with 304 cc silicone implants.
Case 16 – Breast Augmentation with Lift
This 35-year-old woman was 5’8″ and weighed 165 pounds. She had had 2 children and was interested in improving the size and shape of her breasts so she underwent and augmentation mastopexy in a single stage using 265 cc silicone implants.
Case 17 – Breast Augmentation with Lift
This 39-year-old woman was 5’2″ and weighed 160 pounds. She had had three children and was interested in improving her breast size and shape. She had a severe, asymmetric constricted breast deformity, so she underwent a single-stage augmentation/periareolar mastopexy using a 265 cc silicone implant on the left and a 286 cc implant on the right. She improved her result by losing 35 pounds after her surgery.
Case 18 – Breast Augmentation with Lift
This 27 year old mom was interested in improving her size and shape after losing 30 pounds. She was 5’73″, weighed 120 pounds and wore a 34 C bra. She underwent a single-stage augmentation mastopexy with a 234cc silicone implant on the right and a 213 cc silicone implant on the left.

This 27 year old mom was interested in improving her size and shape. She was 5’8″, weighed 150 pounds and wore a 34 B bra. She underwent a single-stage augmentation mastopexy with a 286cc silicone implant on the right and a 304 cc silicone implant on the left.

This 34-year-old mother of two was 6’1″, weighed 157 pounds and wore a 36B bra. Her bra size increased to a full C after undergoing a breast augmentation with 371cc moderate-profile silicone implant on the right and a 339cc implant on the left. In addition, she had a left periareolar mastopexy to raise her nipple about a half an inch.
Case 21 – Breast Augmentation with Lift
As a 39 year old mother of two, this patient wanted to improve her size and shape, but wanted to avoid a vertical scar. She was 5’8″, weighed 125 pounds, and wore a 34B bra, which was too big. To improve her size and shape and limit her scaring, she underwent an augmentation with round, smooth 265 cc silicone implants with a simultaneous peri-areolar mastopexy.
